Each home is stocked with all the essentials and a few home comforts. With no additional fee to restock. The unlimited restocking of supplies is included in our fee. 

From reservations, during the stay to reviews. We ensure our communication is efficient and personal. Following the booking we obtain the guests details and request their intention of their stay. On their departure we will review each guest and request a review. 

Welcome Pack tailored to each property and including local tips and tricks. With step-by-step instructions on self access and use of amenities. A soft copy is provided to guests prior to their stay. With a hard copy left in the property during their stay. We also include a personalised hand written 'Welcome Note' to all guests. 

We manage the calendar across multiple booking sites. And have dynamic pricing enabled to ensure pricing is reflective of the current supply and demand.

We conduct regular inspections. Similarly we will video your property on theses inspections, so you can see it from afar. For access we have found the best experience is self check-in & out. We will install two lockboxes with keys on site for contactless check-in, cleaning and maintenance.
