Our background is fourteen years of industry experience in both property management, marketing and advertising in the prop-tech space. Acting as a third party I found that many investment property owners were frustrated and looking for change. Seeking alternatives to the status quo of hidden fees, high staff turnover and set and forget pricing models. They wanted an innovative approach - experienced, hands-on Airbnb manager with local expertise who could increase occupancy and returns.
That's why Utula was born - to provide a better way. As director, I partner directly with each owner for a customised, transparent approach.
