Our owners deal directly with our business owner. We offer hands on Airbnb property management. There is no hidden fees or unfair prioritisation of listings. Whats more our market demand-based pricing strategies is manual and will never be to simply “set it and forget it”.
Flexible mid-term letting.
Offering the option of a flexible rental agreement without the formalities of a standard lease. Mid-term rentals are stays 3 weeks - 6 months. Often in place where there are minimum night stay regulations or the preference is 1-2 guests, as a pose to multiple. It also offers the flexibility to capitalise on seasonal prices. Based on the length of stay there can be a variable letting fee and nightly rate.
